As Director Product Strategy & Investor Relations, David plays an active role in shaping Yunus Social Business’ product and service offering, and works closely with our investors to find a close match with their investment objectives.
He takes care of building and managing the relationships we have with our investors and partners around the world, making sure they are able to achieve the impact they seek.
David’s experience spans over 10 years in strategy consulting within the asset- and investment-management industry. David worked for 9 years at Deloitte, and has advised leading investment firms across Europe, USA and the Middle-East region on corporate-strategy matters and led several large scale transformation programs within the industry.
Besides this, David has also worked as a freelance consultant with a series of start-up firms and entrepreneurs focusing on scaling growth through strategy.
Before joining Yunus Social Business, David dedicated a year to supporting sustainable businesses whilst travelling in South East Asia and Oceania. He is a proud founder and owner of a small micro-brewery, which ferments soft drinks with a focus on healthy nutrition in Belgium, where he grew up and studied.
David holds an MSc in Finance and a Bachelor’s in International Management, both from HEC Liège.
